Been using this tool for a couple months now. I've been a sales rep for ~10 years, and Cradle has allowed me to:
-Really focus on the conversation with the customer- being curious, engaged, authentic, knowing that I don't need to type every interesting note or response
-Receive ideas/summaries/relevant case studies LIVE on the call vs after, like other solutions

Cradle has been a big help to my sales game in allowing me to be more engaged/present in conversations.

This is a great tool and the founders move quickly to improve the product. I generate CSV's live on the call with prospects and it blows them away. We walk through what we talked about on the call, next steps, etc.

Looks really cool. Love the idea of real time reminders/content for competition or other issues. Very curious how the project plan is generated and works. That sounds like a great way to help close the call and get to next steps quickly.

This is as easy to setup as the docs indicate - took me all of 5 minutes and most of that was looking for a cool graphic to use for my background.
